Mice, Boyfriends, and Wizards

I have been in my new apartment for like two weeks now. I love it! Adam is a pretty cool roommate. Except for the cat he decided to get. It's kind of annoying. I love having a washer/dryer that I don't have to pay per use.

I got my car fixed...again ($150). Stupid thing is not going to last the year. :( My ex says I can have his for the next year but that may not be until August and I'd still have to pay insurance and find a car in 2011.

I got full time at Universal Studios. I get admission to Universal Orlando, Sea World, and Busch Gardens. Going to be a great summer. :) I will be working Dragon Challenge in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Pretty exciting. Orientation has been cool. I'm not really allowed to say much about the area due to a confidentiality agreement I signed but it's going to be amazing. I'm now only seasonal at Disney. I really hate Merchandise and my area sucks. I'll probably only pick up shifts in other areas.

My bf, Chris, is super sweet. He makes me smile. I was a bit worried about getting in another relationship, esp after being in one for three years. I was enjoying the single life. But I realized that being a skank is not all it's cracked up to be. :-/ High risks and you never know who you'll meet. I've met some strange ppl. I love having Chris around. We pretty much been together everyday since we met and I am not tired of him yet. That must mean something. He's a great guy and I really enjoy spending every minute with him. :) Many more great times to come.

I Got the Job and a Boyfriend!

So I am typing this from my living room. So happy in my own apartment. Buena Vista Place right behind Magic Kingdom. I'm working on getting my furniture from Fort Lauderdale here. My ex is letting me have everything. He's so nice. I also got the job at Universal Studios. Full time attractions in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. I will be running the coasters called Dragon Challenge. I am guaranteed full time hours starting March 14 but I start Orientation next week. I am so excited.

My car died a couple of days ago. I cannot afford to fix it. I have been riding the Monorail to Epcot for work. I'm going to have to work out a bus schedule for Universal next week. I hope it works out. I really do not want to quite before I even start. :(

On a happy note, I have a bf now (see my Facebook). It's a lot earlier than I thought it would be. I figured I'd be single for at least a year but like I always say, it comes when you are not looking for it. :) We are happy. He's so cute! I'm looking forward to great times together.

Job and Apartment

Going back and reading, it seems that I am sad a lot. :( I really am trying to change that.

Anyway, I interviewed at Universal Studios a couple of weeks ago. I was offered a full time attractions position at Suess Landing. The interviewer said that he could not see me there and suggested that I interview for the Wizarding World of Harry Potter attractions (opening in March). I have another interview on Tuesday with the Harry Potter managers. If I do not get HP, I will be placed somewhere else so I have a job no matter what. That means not only will I get into Disney for free, but I also get US, SeaWorld, and Busch Gardens.

I am moving into Buena Vista Place on Monday with a friend that works at Boardwalk. Going to be interesting. I have never had my own place. I moved from the dorms into a place with my bf for three years.

I have met a lot of people recently through various online profile sites and it's been fun. ;) Like I said, I am really trying to turn things around.
